How do I organise an open-air cinema in my community?
Three key elements: the equipment (screen, projector, sound system – which we provide), the film's screening licence (via a distributor or specialist licensing company), and permission to use the public space (your council's own authorisation). As for the equipment, we provide a fully turnkey package.
Will a crane or heavy machinery be required?
No. Our inflatable screens are set up with a blower in a matter of minutes, without the need for lifting equipment. Your technical staff can handle the installation themselves.
Should a local council buy or hire?
If you plan to hold several screenings a year, buying the equipment pays for itself quickly. For a one-off event, hiring is the better option. We'll advise you based on your programme.
