How do I organise an open-air cinema in my local area?
Three key elements: the equipment (screen, projector, sound system – which we provide), the film’s screening rights (via a distributor or specialist company), and permission to use public space (your local council’s authorisation). As for the equipment, we’ll provide a fully fitted-out package.
Will a crane or heavy machinery be required?
No. Our inflatable screens can be erected in the wind tunnel in a matter of minutes, without the need for lifting equipment. Your technical staff can handle the installation themselves.
Should a local council buy or rent?
If you plan to hold several sessions a year, the cost of buying the equipment will pay for itself quickly. For a one-off event, hiring is the better option. We’ll advise you based on your schedule.
